We are currently looking for a highly talented Customer Experience & Social Media Manager with vast knowledge in the field of social media, brand building and creating strong customer relationships. This is an opportunity to become a critical member of a rapidly growing fashion-tech startup with the mission to empower people to breathe clean air. 

About the job

You will:

  • Be responsible of growing the Airinum community and strengthen the Airinum brand by acquiring, activating and retaining loyal customers with engaging content across our social media channels and email marketing. 
  • Be responsible for creating strong customer relationships by operating our customer service worldwide, making sure we constantly deliver a great customer experience.
  • Be responsible for influencer marketing on our key markets. This means creating and establishing relationships with influencers by working with paid collaborations and other activities to create brand awareness and drive sales. You will continuously develop, analyze and evaluate the results of the collaborations you manage.
  • Be responsible for building brand awareness by positioning and implementing the Airinum story and products in global press and building a global network of key media relations.

About you

You are/have:

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, PR or similar
  • A social media addict with a huge interest in brand building and digital communication
  • An outstanding communicator and copywriter
  • A service-minded, fast learning problem-solver, capable of working independently while at the same time being a team player
  • An open minded and socially skilled person who is not afraid of reaching out to strangers
  • Track record of creating engaging content, managing social media channels and marketing campaigns across owned channels
  • A structured and creative doer with an eye for design and visuals
  • Knowledge in online tools such as Klaviyo, Business Manager, and FreshDesk is a plus
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbally
  • Speaking and writing Korean, Chinese Traditional and/or Japanese is a plus
