Logistics Associate

We’re a Swedish company currently growing very fast and are therefore looking for a Logistic Associate in Stockholm, that will support our Logistic Manager in the day to day operations. If you are a detailed individual and passionate about logistics, apply now!


About THE JOB

You will:

- Fulfil and track the shipment of global B2B orders for all locations according to customer requirements and follow up with any issue that might arise

- Handle production outbound shipments to different warehouses

- Communicate with distributors, forwarders, suppliers and warehouses etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction

- Coordinate and monitor warehouse operations, and manage third-party warehouse inventory with different WMS/ERP systems

- Manage and monitor warehouse monthly bills and KPIs

- Handle offline order, track, update and report inventory and deliveries

- Keep good record of all shipments and stock movements

- Prepare accurate reports for upper management

- Visit warehouses to perform QC etc.

- Assist logistics manager, sales, production manager and other team members when needed to meet schedule

- Work with managers and team members to implement new strategies and initiatives

About YOU

You are/have:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, International Business or English.

An outstanding communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin

A quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges

Capable of working independently while at the same time being a team player

Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities

Basic proficiency with MS Office Excel and Google Sheets

Enjoys working in a fast paced and changing environment

1-2 years of experience in international logistics operations & inventory management
is highly desirable
